Lamlash Golf Club was buzzing over the Easter weekend
On Saturday the Open Day was a huge success with numerous stalls & fun activities taking place followed by the raising of the new flag.
Thanks to everyone for their generous donations, volunteers who manned stalls, ran putting/chipping competitions, entertained the kids & most importantly those who came along to support us.
Over £2200 was raised for the club.
Sunday’s sunshine was a perfect day to relax on the course.
44 members & visitors turned up for a Texas Scramble.
Each team of 4 was determined to win.
Congratulations to the two teams who achieved the same incredible score of 48. The winners had to be decided on count-back.
Runners up: Duncan Heenan, Norrie McIntyre, Simon Wilson and Alison Heron 56-8=48
Winners: Neil Stewart, Sherie Walker, Alison Young & Alastair Crawford 58-10=48
